Support our communityA thematic twist for this edition of the “Locals’n’Nomads” meetup was necessary because we were curious to find out more about the Varyence Passport Fund Program.
It is a program created by the Varyence team specifically for startups and yesterday we had the opportunity to learn more about it directly from Jason and Vickie, both of whom are the guiding force behind many things Varyence, including their Kaštela office.
It was good to see that our advice was heeded and that the meetup attendees varied in age and experience. 🙂
Aside from discussing the Varyence Passport Fund, Jason was kind enough to guide us through some ups and downs startups can encounter.
His and Vickie’s extensive knowledge in the field that was gathered through years of experience was evident in the way they answered audience questions and highlighted good and bad practices in entrepreneurship.
It was a great experience spending time with people who do what they do because they are passionate about it!
Aside from being thankful to Jason and Vickie, as well as the rest of the Varyence team for their time and effort put into encouraging entrepreneurship, we would also like to thank the scaleup Office Split team for being wonderful hosts yesterday. 🙂
All in all, we’re happy another “Locals’n’Nomads” meetup took place and are already looking forward to the next one in November. See you then! 😀
