Great news from the always innovative Parklio team: their software is now available as a SaaS model!
Throughout the years, we’ve been happily following the hard work of this member of the Split Tech City community. From their startup beginnings, over being named one of the 50 fastest-growing technology companies in Central Europe, to sharing their specific know-how worldwide.
Founded by four friends Dario Boras, Karlo Gašpar, Josip Labrović, and Marko Smoljo in 2017, Parklio is another one of Split’s startups that has seen great success in recent years.
Started from a spontaneous idea born from the need to provide smarter parking solutions that will benefit many, the team’s first success came in 2016 during the early stages of development when they presented their hardware products that were in the prototype phase at a fair and their Parklio™ Smart Parking Barrier – a parking barrier controlled with a mobile app – was an immediate hit!
That success was followed by worldwide recognition in 2017 at the startup competition held in Singapore when Parklio was declared the second-best early-stage startup in the world among more than 5,000 startups.
This noteworthy award led to investments that kickstarted the production, and the first Parklio™ Smart Parking Barriers found their way to the customers.
Fast forward to today when the Parklio team keeps working hard, improving what they do, sharing news about it on their blog, and steadily growing in size and scope!
Recently, the Parklio team shared the following: “We’re thrilled to announce that Parklio is now offering a more user-friendly pricing model with flexible monthly and yearly subscriptions for property management system (PMS)! No more one-time payments, as we now provide more options and easier access to top-notch products.”
What the users can expect from this new PMS Parklio upgrade is to take control of their parking lot from anywhere. They will also be able to gain access to real-time data on parked vehicles, set custom rates for different zones, and make informed decisions using this new powerful software.
