Locals’n’Nomads: twenty and counting!

Sounds nice, doesn’t it?! A round number, a tiny bit of image rebranding, and some news related to our regular monthly meetup of Split’s locals and digital nomads. All of that was part of this edition of “Locals’n’Nomads”!

We got together at D16 Coffee for a drink or two and some time spent together.

Newcomers to Split at this edition of “Locals’n’Nomads” came from neighboring countries like Bosnia and Herzegovina, and some more distant (and dare we say exotic) ones like Lebanon. Oh, and there was a local from the USA. 😉

All in all, a nice mixed crowd of people who all found something in common to talk about. 🙂

Some were curious about life in Split, others about tech events in our city. Some were still students, and others were working in a variety of different fields.

We really like this diversity of the “Locals’n’Nomads” meetup – you never know what to expect, who you will meet, and what interesting stories you will hear. 😀

As for the next ones… they will be collaborative ones, and we’re already working on setting them up. Are you coming? Of course you are! 😀

See you at the next “Locals’n’Nomads”!

Researching is woven into my DNA, but I am a musician at heart. Interested in too many things and always curious. Forever in love with Split and enchanted by people who teach me new things. When I am not creating content about Split's tech community, you will find me in singing rehearsals, somewhere in nature, in the theater, or with my head stuck in a book. I do my best to live by the verse from the opera "Fedora" by Umberto Giordano: "Love forbids you not to love."
