It was about time for “Locals’n’Nomadswith a theme, don’t you think?! 🙂

This time, we joined forces with Varyence, a company founded in 2012 in New York which was initially focused on commercializing the products of American companies at an early stage of development.

Being a multinational company founded in the United States of America, aside from the US, they also have offices in Ukraine and Croatia.

And up until recently, they have been hard at work on a project that will benefit the local startup community!

The project is named Varyence Passport Fund Program and it is a program created by the Varyence team specifically for startups.

So we thought – how about, instead of flooding the email inboxes of the Varyence team with all the questions you have about the Varyence Passport Fund Program, you ask them in person? 😉

And what better opportunity for some local and international connections than the “Locals’n’Nomads” meetup?!

Therefore, if you’re a digital nomad or a local, a startup enthusiast or just startup-curious, young or old, into tech or just want to hang out with techies – you are welcome! 😀

The meetup will begin on Monday, October 24th, at 18:00 and the place you need to be at is scaleup Office Split!

The agenda? Relaxed, of course, but with a tiny twist: the Varyence team will give a brief presentation of the Varyence Passport Fund Program starting at 18:30 after which you can ask all your questions during the Q&A session.

After that – it’s networking time! 😀

You up for it?! Then don’t miss it and sign up here! The Split Tech City and Varyence teams can’t wait to host you! 🙂

Researching is woven into my DNA, but I am a musician at heart. Interested in too many things and always curious. Forever in love with Split and enchanted by people who teach me new things. When I am not creating content about Split's tech community, you will find me in singing rehearsals, somewhere in nature, in the theater, or with my head stuck in a book. I do my best to live by the verse from the opera "Fedora" by Umberto Giordano: "Love forbids you not to love."
