Split-based dobartek.hr took part in the 10th Lider HR Conference, held on 15 October in Zagreb. With its platform dobartek.hr na poslu, the team presented itself to an audience for whom employees, benefits and everyday work life are especially close topics.

Marijana Petrunić from dobartek.hr took part in the panel “How to develop and retain people at a time when jobs are changing?”, alongside Željko Antolić of Ericsson Nikola Tesla and Tihana Radojković of Amadria Park. The discussion covered employee development, their expectations and the benefits that hold real value today.
The topic comes naturally to the dobartek.hr team, since dobartek.hr na poslu was created precisely to make one very everyday part of the working day, lunch, simpler to organise for both companies and employees.
Lunch is part of almost every working day, and a benefit makes sense when employees actually use it, when it makes their day easier and when it does not create extra admin for the company. dobartek.hr na poslu offers different lunch funding models and a single monthly invoice for the company. Employees choose what they want to eat, while the company sets the model and budget that suit it.

Instead of a classic promo stand with flyers and a roll-up, the team wanted to give visitors a reason to stop, so they prepared an interactive game called “Build the office lunch”. The task was simple: six colleagues, six different lunch wishes and as little time as possible to find the right meal for everyone. Burger, sushi, salad, pizza, wok or something with a spoon.
When everyone wants something different, agreeing on lunch quickly becomes more complicated than it should be.
The game opened conversations with visitors without a classic sales pitch. People stopped, played and compared results, and the team used a real-life situation to show how dobartek.hr na poslu works in practice. Each employee chooses and orders their own lunch, while the company defines the model and budget. No group negotiations and no collecting orders.
Alongside the game, visitors could use a QR code to enter their company for a chance to win a free lunch for the whole team. That way they did not just hear about the service, their company also gets a chance to actually try it.
