14.08.2024.

You know the deal about the Split Tech City Festival main stage program, you’re already buying your tickets, and you discovered the first two segments of the pre-program powered by Silicon Castles and CroAI.

The only thing left is to find out the details about the remaining pre-program segments and get ready to have a great time! 😀

The 4th edition of the Split Tech City Festival will take place in the Bačvice Open-Air Cinema with the International Day being September 7 – and you can get tickets for just that or even enjoy both days!

While the main program takes the stage in the actual cinema area, the pre-program happens at the same location, but just slightly different: in a small Mediterranean pine forest overlooking the Bačvice Bay and the island of Brač – in a true #MediterraneanTechHub style. 😉

As we’ve already mentioned, this year’s pre-program during the #InternationalDay is taking place in collaboration with a variety of innovative organizations that are members, partners, and/or supporters of the Split Tech City community.

This means the fabulous #SplitTechCityFestival energy will spread beyond our hometown! 😀

Today’s part of the pre-program is brought to you by IAB Croatia. IAB Croatia is a collective of leaders in digital marketing that in two and a half years gathered more than 110 companies that work together on market standardization and the development of the digital economy.

They are the ambassadors of the interactive marketing industry, ensuring the stability and development of the profession, and setting high industry standards by educating the market and insisting on the highest standards and knowledge.

To this year’s Split Tech City Festival they’re bringing a very specific type of Vox Populi panel discussion “Tech Trends in Marketing to Watch”.

New technologies in digital marketing are constantly evolving, making all tech enthusiasts either skeptical or excited or both.

Whether you’re a lover of large language models (Hopefully not in a “Her” movie kind of way…) or an avid ha(i)ter, whether blockchain technology makes you go ballistic or puts some buck in your bank, whether AR/VR makes you think of creative immersive experiences or Mark Zuckerberg’s virtual world with insanely poor graphics that the internet still makes fun of — don’t keep it in and don’t be shy.

Share it with IAB Croatia, the leading Croatian association for digital marketing dedicated to growing the digital economy, at the pre-program of this year’s Split Tech City Festival! 😉

While you explore the latest tech that is creating a new form of digital marketing on steroids with Jan de Jong (Co-Founder of Webpower Adria, Member of IAB Croatia), Anja Gadža (PR & Events Lead at Sofascore, Member of IAB Croatia), and Ivana Postružin (Digital Marketing Group Leader at Hrvatski Telekom, Member of IAB Croatia), hosted by Dunja Ivana Ballon (Director of IAB Croatia, HURA & DK Festival), don’t be afraid to give your inner voice an outlet.

During this particular discussion, you will be invited to voice your opinion by raising a FUCK or LOVE card to show whether you’re a lover, hater, supporter, or fierce opponent.

And remember, this interactive panel discussion/education/tech therapy session promises a judgment-free zone where you just can’t resist putting in your two cents on the latest in the tech scene – Vox Populi through and through.

You absolutely don’t want to miss this particular pre-program segment: it’s going to be engaging, thought-provoking, and, above all, insanely fun. 😉

Get your Festival ticket and we’ll see you on September 7 in the fabulously Mediterranean venue of Bačvice Open-Air Cinema! 😀

Researching is woven into my DNA, but I am a musician at heart. Interested in too many things and always curious. Forever in love with Split and enchanted by people who teach me new things. When I am not creating content about Split's tech community, you will find me in singing rehearsals, somewhere in nature, in the theater, or with my head stuck in a book. I do my best to live by the verse from the opera "Fedora" by Umberto Giordano: "Love forbids you not to love."
