Since the initial announcement of another Split Tech Cup edition, there are fewer and fewer slots available to register a team for our favorite charitable cageball tournament. Thanks for that! 😀

This is the fifth Split Tech Cup and, as is already custom, it will once again be held at the Mačak Sports Center (Trondheimska 4d) on December 2, and we expect the largest number of teams so far. 🙂

Like its previous editions, this humanitarian cageball tournament’s sole purpose is to gather funds for buying laptops for children who don’t have the means to do so – all while hanging out and having fun playing cageball.

We aren’t changing these good #SplitTechCup vibes this year, either!

The funds we collect during the Split Tech Cup 2023, will be used to buy laptops for children of Maestral Community Service Center children.

The Maestral Community Service Center currently cares for about 50 schoolchildren, for whom this donation will be of great help in handling their daily school assignments.

Any teams that wish to join in the fun of playing and the wave of good deeds, can apply for the tournament and financially support this cause by paying the donation fee. Rest assured – the full amount will be used for the cause!

Split Tech Cup is a sports-humanitarian story that has connected the local IT community and brought smiles to many children’s faces in the past four years. 🙂

More than HRK 130,000 was collected through the first four Split Tech Cup editions, and we invested the entire amount to purchase of 43 laptops for children, in cooperation with the Red Cross, Caritas, and the MoSt Association. In addition, we organized appropriate IT workshops for them in cooperation with the DUMP Association.
