It is our pleasure to introduce you to the newest member of the Split Tech City community – a young but above all professional agency for IT solutions.

The agency in question is named Dotien and its CEO Kristian Radić sat down with us to share their story.

Kristian started with the very beginnings of the Dotien team: “Dotien is a digital agency for IT solutions. After numerous successfully completed projects together, our excellent team – that is used to working in a pleasant working atmosphere because it is composed of a group of colleagues and friends – decided on, first of all, a brave, but also risky entrepreneurial venture: to start a company.”

All types of IT solutions

Although they are not a large team, each of the Dotien employees possesses exceptional professional knowledge, so they specialize in building all kinds of IT solutions – from programming to design to marketing.

Of the team’s day-to-day Kristian shared the following: “The Dotien team currently has ten employees, but we plan to increase that number soon. At this point in time, while we eagerly await the opening of our new office, we are all working remotely.

Considering that we also like socializing in person, we break up the monotony of remote work with some shared (working) coffee with, preferably, a view of the sea.”

Kristian also wanted to encourage everyone who would like to work in a young creative agency to reach out: “If you feel that you would be an excellent addition to our team, even if there are currently no vacancies, feel free to send us an open application!

Dedicated to every project

Their mission is not only to meet the needs of their clients but also to exceed the client’s expectations.

“At the heart of our philosophy is the belief that effort, knowledge, creativity, and teamwork can overcome even the most difficult challenges – and it is precisely these challenges that we love the most.”

Given that they have only existed as an agency for a few months, all their projects are still in the development phase, so they can’t wait to share their first successes with us soon.

“We are fully dedicated to each project. We love what we do, so we are extremely proud of everything we have achieved until now.”

As for the technologies they use in their work, when it comes to programming, they most often use React and Next.js for the front-end, while their primary choices for the back-end are Symfony, Laravel, or Node.js. They emphasize that they are always ready to adapt and use technologies that fit best with the project specifications.

“On the design side, we rely on tools like Adobe products and Figma. As for our marketing arsenal… well – some trade secrets should remain secrets!” 😉
