Locals’n’Nomads: continuing this great tradition in the new year!

It is time for the first “Locals’n’Nomads” meetup in 2022! The last one of 2021 was a success in many ways: we got to hang out again, make some connections, enjoy the festive atmosphere at D16 Coffee Shop, and help the D16 team out with their charity event for Down21 Association.

These Split Tech City meetups have now definitely become traditional!

Whenever some of you miss one of the “Locals’n’Nomads” meetups, we still repeatedly get asked if another one will take place. Rest assured, it always will.

“Locals’n’Nomads” has become a monthly occurrence, usually happening in the middle of each month. Exact dates, times, and locations might change, but “Locals’n’Nomads” will always take place and keep the positivity and growing connections going!

And while these meetups will remain casual and relaxed, do not be surprised if we add something to them now and then. Last time our gathering had a charitable twist, so who knows what future “Locals’n’Nomads” will bring.

We will do our best to keep things interesting!

With its seventh edition, which is scheduled to happen in a week, we go back to the usual format: you just have to sign up, show up, and enjoy a few drinks in good company!

Our hosts will again be the team from D16 Coffee, so you get to enjoy a 21st-century meetup of Split’s digital nomads and locals within the walls of a 4th-century Diocletian’s Palace.

If you are still undecided about attending, take a look at the overviews to get a glimpse of the atmosphere from some of our previous “Locals’n’Nomads” meetups: 2nd, 4th, and 6th. That should be more than enough to convince you to join us!

So, sign up for the seventh “Locals’n’Nomads” meetup and mark your calendars: Friday, January 14th at 18:00.

We’re looking forward to seeing you once more at D16 Coffee Shop!

Researching is woven into my DNA, but I am a musician at heart. Interested in too many things and always curious. Forever in love with Split and enchanted by people who teach me new things. When I am not creating content about Split's tech community, you will find me in singing rehearsals, somewhere in nature, in the theater, or with my head stuck in a book. I do my best to live by the verse from the opera "Fedora" by Umberto Giordano: "Love forbids you not to love."
