SEO LICK is a growth marketing agency that builds a digital presence designed to grow systematically – through SEO, content, advertising and branding that work together.
We work with businesses that run on enquiries and bookings: charter and travel agencies, real estate agencies, webshops, polyclinics and healthcare brands. What connects them isn’t the industry but the economics of the business – a single client is worth too much to leave visibility to chance.
LICK is an acronym for the agency’s internal four-pillar framework: Links, Infrastructure, Content, Keywords. The agency does SEO, AEO (visibility in AI search), Google and Meta ads, web development and analytics, and increasingly AI implementation in businesses.
The whole agency works with Claude and Claude Code, keeping knowledge about clients, decisions and processes in an “AI brain”, a structured knowledge base the AI reads before every task.
SEO LICK was founded by Ivan Radica and Marko Smolčić Uzunović and officially launched in 2025. Project manager Marija Pavlović recently joined the core team, which works with a network of around ten specialists in SEO, ads, email marketing, design, web development and tracking. The team works remotely from all over Croatia and beyond.
