The hub’s primary focus is on investing in early-stage startups that already have demonstrated traction, initial users, market validation, or a clearly defined development direction. We believe that the best projects emerge when capital is combined with the right support, experience, mentorship, and a strong network of people.

We place particular emphasis on socially responsible projects that do not only generate business value but also create a positive impact on the community and society. We believe that technology, innovation, and entrepreneurship can serve as tools for driving meaningful positive change, especially for those who need support the most.

The name “3V” in Croatian language derives from the values: Faith, Will, and Vision.

3V HUB operates with a focus on Split and Dalmatia, as well as across Croatia, the broader region, and internationally, fostering the connection of projects, knowledge, and experience.

The hub was founded by Luka Vuković, founder of Look@, a project focused on the monetization and automation of selfies taken in front of tourist attractions through solar-powered photo sculptures currently installed across three continents. Following a recent investment and business expansion, the project aims to establish an even broader international presence.

Through the development of the Look@ project, Luka has participated in numerous international accelerators, startup programs, and conferences, and has connected with mentors, investors, and entrepreneurs from Croatia, Europe, Dubai, Singapore, and other parts of the world. Today, his ventures are also backed by international investors, which has further contributed to building a strong network of contacts and experience on which 3V HUB is based.

3V HUB officially began operations on January 1st, 2026, and due to a high volume of applications and interest through the application form on the website, the team is currently expanding faster than originally planned.

Through the hub, we aim to build a community in which high-quality projects can receive the opportunity to grow, the support of the right people, and access to knowledge, experience, and connections that often determine whether an idea succeeds or remains just an idea.
