Your product scales, but does your company keep up? At the free workshop “Your Product Scales. Does Your Company?”, Branislav Petković, CEO of Minshara, will talk about how to build a system that scales. The workshop takes place on Thursday, 12 November, from 6 to 8 pm at the Centre of Excellence of Split-Dalmatia County in Split. It will be held in Croatian.

Who is the workshop for?

The workshop is aimed at founders and leaders of tech companies and startups, as well as members of the Split Tech City community. Registration is required, and you are encouraged to bring a colleague from your team.

Your product scales: what will you take away?

The workshop focuses on progress in four areas:

• from firefighting to a predictable rhythm
• from unclear roles to clear responsibilities
• from gut feeling to numbers that drive decisions
• from many directions to one shared goal

Who is leading the workshop?

Branislav Petković is the CEO of Split-based Minshara, a member of the Split Tech City community, with more than 25 years of experience working with small and medium-sized companies.

Minshara helps entrepreneurs get the most out of their business by implementing the EOS methodology, which makes sure everyone in the company moves in the same direction to consistently reach business goals.
