If you live outside of the Split-Kastela area, but have a desire to move closer to us, we have relocation packages and business trips expenses covered for you
— A proven track record of delivering software projects using Agile methodologies, including 2+ years of experience as a Project Manager
— Prior working experience with Agile methodologies: Scrum/Kanban with enterprise-level application development projects
— Solid understanding of software development life cycle models as well as expert knowledge of both Agile and traditional project management principles and practices and the ability to blend them in the right proportions to fit a project and business environment
— Strong experience in Scope management and reporting
— Upper-Intermediate to Advanced English writing and verbal skills
— Experienced in project tracking software, such as Azure DevOps or Jira
— Experience in requirement management
— Manage requirements (eliciting, organizing, documenting)
— Work with business stakeholders to ensure business analysis is sufficient to assign to developers
— Maintain a very organized backlog (Epics, Features, User Stories, Tasks, Bugs)
— Coordinate sprint planning, sprint reviews, retrospectives, and overall sprint activities
— Create a schedule and project timeline
— Prepare status reports by gathering, analyzing, and summarizing relevant information
— Facilitate change requests to ensure that all parties are informed of the impacts on schedule and budget
— Perform risk management to minimize project risks
— Prepare and organize the necessary project documentation
— Lead and support the project team
— Help continually refine and improve Project Management practices. Look for areas of improvement and make suggestions
