Ice Rebus is a new member of the Split Tech City community! Split Tech City brings together the most promising companies in the region, and we proudly announce our newest member – Ice Rebus. They are joining the ecosystem with the goal of further advancing innovation and digital transformation, and all the important details were shared with us by the person behind the idea, Marsel Čuljak.
Ice Rebus machines produce ice in just one second
Ice Rebus manufactures self-service ice machines for ice production, storage, and sales. Their machines operate 24/7, ensuring fresh ice on demand without the need for staff.
“From our central location in Split, we monitor the operation and efficiency of all the machines we’ve produced and assist our partners in their continuous operation,” emphasized Marsel.
Ice Rebus is present in over 40 markets, including throughout Europe, Australia, New Zealand, Argentina, Chile, the USA, Jamaica, the Bahamas, and Egypt. With offices in Split and Texas, they collaborate with distributors and business partners worldwide.
From Split to the rest of the world
“We are particularly proud of the fact that we have over 1,500 installed machines in more than 40 countries. The machines use automated systems for ice production, storage, and sales. It’s the US1000 model – designed for the American market, following UL and FCC standards.”
Despite their successes, they are always evolving and staying in tune with trends, and even setting them at vending fairs such as the NAMA Show (USA) and VendExpo (EU).
Top-notch design that is energy-efficient
Ice Rebus uses IoT and SaaS solutions for remote management, analytics, and optimization of machine operations.
“The client’s needs always come first, so we constantly develop our business in this direction. Contactless payment is possible, electricity consumption is optimized, and maintenance is simple,” emphasized Marsel.
