Another Hack4Split hackathon is in the works! This two-day competition is aimed at solving social problems and designing social innovations.

In every edition, Hack4Split brings together individuals with specific knowledge, regardless of education and occupation, who find solutions to problems in their local community, in line with the UN Sustainable Development Goals.

The competition aims to encourage young people to become active members of their community, to get acquainted with the needs and problems in their community and environment, as well as engage in solving them.

The 2024 edition of Hack4Split will be held on March 16 and 17 and the application deadline is March 14. You can sign up here!

The program of this year’s edition of this fabulous hackathon looks like this:

• Friday, March 15 – 18:00 – 19:15 Meetup: Participant meeting, introduction, and networking. Presentation of the weekend program and task distribution.
• Saturday, March 16 – 9:00 Opening of Hack4Split 2024; hacking away until 14:30 when it’s time for lunch; 15:00 – 17:00 is reserved for meeting with mentors; hacking away until the end of Day 1 at 20:00
• Sunday, March 17 – start the day at 09:00 and hack away until 11:00; 11:00 – 12:30 is reserved for a panel of guest speakers; 13:30 – 14:30 is when project presentations will take place; Hack4Split 2024 wraps up at 15:15 with the announcement of the winner
