Are you ready for Hack4Split 2023?! Because this hackathon is ready for you! 😉
The Split Entrepreneurship Center and the Student Business Incubator of the Faculty of Economics in Split are organizing the sixth edition of the Hack4Split hackathon.
The biggest news: Hack4Split appears this year in a green edition because it will be held as part of the University Green Digital HUB project.
It will take place on April 15th and 16th at the SPINIT incubator in Split with the support of the social entrepreneurship company Ensoco and Split Tech City.
Hack4Split 2023 is marked by a green theme and a focus on sustainable solutions, to encourage the transition toward a green and digital economy.
This is what the organizers shared with us: “Through this year’s Hack4Split, we want to encourage young people to become active members of their local community, to become familiar with the needs and problems in their community and environment, and to engage in solving them.”
So, if you have an idea or are willing to contribute your knowledge and skills to improve your community and environment, Hack4Split is the perfect hackathon for you!
In a relaxed atmosphere and in the spirit of teamwork, supported by expert mentors, you can participate in the process of developing digital and green innovations and win one of the many prizes.
Applications are open until March 31st, and you can apply by filling out the application form. 🙂
As a green-oriented hackathon organized through the University Green Digital HUB project, Hack4Split, is taking place this year at three locations – at partner universities in Spain, Germany, and Croatia.
The main goal of the project is to strengthen the digital, green, and entrepreneurial skills of students, university startups, and university employees. Other than that, it also aims to strengthen the capacity of higher education institutions in the field of teaching the skills needed for the digital and green transition.
The University Green Digital HUB project overall spans 24 months and is co-financed with funds from the Erasmus+ program – Key Activity 2: Partnerships for cooperation (for the field of higher education).
So, apply for Hack4Split and contribute to making Split a greener and more sustainable city! 😀
