Split Tech City

20.02.2024.

Yes, yes – you’re invited! 😀

In case you didn’t know, Split Tech City and Expat in Croatia have a collaborative Friday coming up and we want you to be a part of it. So, we’re calling all expats, digital nomads, and techies in the Split area for a unique opportunity to join us in person for the upcoming Five Question Friday Instagram Live. 😉

In collaboration with us from Split Tech City, Sara will be hosting her famous Five Question Friday as part of the “Locals’n’Nomads” event this Friday, February 23 at 5:00 pm.

Anyone is welcome to come and watch live as Sara interviews Michael Freer and Nikolina Kukoč of Split Tech City. The only thing you need to do is sign up for the “Locals’n’Nomads” meetup. And, of course – show up for the live filming of #FQF at 5 pm!

This #FQF will be all about the following topics:

  • startups
  • tech in Croatia
  • getting investment
  • incubators

You can submit your questions on any of these topics by filling out the little question box in Expat in Croatia Instagram stories!

And, to remind you all about the wonders of #FQF and the fact that it is a fantastic resource of information for all things Croatia

Every Friday at 17:00 (5 pm) Croatia timeSara goes live on Instagram to answer questions that have been sent to the Expat in Croatia team.

The questions are asked on the team’s InstagramFacebookLinkedInX (Twitter), or via emailtheir website, the consulting sessions they do, and even by people who recognize Expat in Croatia team members on the street and stop them to ask something.

If you have a question perfect for Five Question Friday, you can always submit it via the form the EIC team has created especially for those purposes. They also believe there is no question too mundane or too weird – they’ll answer it all, so feel free to challenge them.

After Five Question Friday, Sara will be giving an additional talk during the “Locals’n’Nomads” meetup all about living in Croatia as a digital nomad and answering the most frequently asked questions regarding Croatia’s Digital Nomad Permit.

If you have questions you want to be answered, send them in by signing up for the event because those who attend the event, will also get the special opportunity of in-person Q&A time with Sara!

And since we’re already on the topic of digital nomads, after Sara’s talk Michael Freer will moderate a group discussion about the benefits and bad sides of digital-nomading solo or in a group.

Don’t miss out on the opportunity to be a part of Five Question Friday, and if you really can’t make it, there’s still “Locals’n’Nomads”. 😉

See you this Friday at Smartspace! 😀

Reminder: The “Locals’n’Nomadsmeetup starts at 6:30 pm but if you’d like to join in for Five Question Friday, arrive BEFORE 5 PM because we’ll be going live on Instagram at 5 pm sharp!
