Right off the bat – a standing ovation for DUMP Association!

Another excellent edition of DUMP Days made FESB and Split the center of Dev, Design, Marketing & Tech and we have dumpovci to thank for that.

The sixth edition of this great event was held this past weekend at FESB and gathered excellent Croatian tech companies, top educators, and talented tech experts.

It’s not surprising then that the two-day DUMP Days program was full of informative lectures, workshops, panel discussions, and other interesting content like Campfire Talks and FlyTalks, as well as various games and challenges proposed by the DUMP Days sponsors and partners who were present in the exhibition zone.

That’s where all the fun was happening!

Split Tech City was present at our own stand in the exhibition zone where we welcomed anyone willing to chat about Split’s tech scene, the work that we do, as well as volunteering possibilities.

We also had the most colorful stand, apparently!

We guess our merch is as vibrant as our Split Tech City community! 🙂

We were happy to see that DUMP Days were visited by numerous visitors, most of whom were young people interested in all things tech and eager for new knowledge and experiences.

Their thirst for knowledge was confirmed by the fact that the Split Tech City DUMP Days challenge was completed by many young people eager to win – a book!

You’ve read that right! We were exchanging books for fun and interesting Instagram stories. 🙂

The books were donated by Marko Prljić, and we thought DUMP Days was a perfect opportunity for those books to find new owners eager to read them and broaden their horizons.

And we were right! Because by the conclusion of DUMP Days we had only a few books left out of the initial amount of a couple of boxes of books.

Eager readers, indeed!

All in all, this year’s DUMP Days was a blast!

Our hosts kept us entertained with educational content and networking opportunities, as well as being taken care of with provided food and drinks.

In the end, we’d like to congratulate DUMP Association for another fantastic DUMP Days and just say we can’t wait to see what they will come up with next year!
