We’ve been operating from Split for two decades, with the aim of offering the widest and most detailed offer of accommodation to guests from all over the world, which we wouldn’t have achieved without our team. Although we are primarily oriented towards tourism, Adriatic.hr is a combination of IT and tourism — the two strategic branches of the Croatian economy. But we are much more than that…

Our vision is clear: we want to be the first where for the guests who are looking for the shortest way to the private accommodation in Croatia, and this vision is fulfilled thanks to the team spirit by various departments: IT; marketing; product development; sales; contact centre; user support; human resources; accounting — and many others. What you can read on some of our posts or job ads is that “WE” always comes before “I” and we have successfully stuck to that all these years. We offer an environment where you can develop. It is important to us that you learn and develop. Books, online courses, conferences — everything is at your disposal. Your personal progress and results will not go unnoticed.

The most important thing? We insist on the balance between business and private life. Deadlines are reasonable, working hours are flexible, you can take annual leave when you want and you never take your work home. There’s no rush. Of course, if overtime happens, we pay for every minute!

We achieve more than half a million overnight stays on an annual basis, we have been recognized for our quality by 500+ global partners such as Booking.com or AirBnB, and annually we gather a real international team in our office. And despite everything, we are most proud of the fact that our colleagues have shown us their loyalty and remain in the company for a very long time, progressing and facing new challenges every day.

Of course, we like to celebrate every success: for instance, outside of business hours, our colleagues have on their own initiative began to nurture friendships through various gatherings, be it board game nights, futsal tournaments or regular coffees.
