Time flies when you’re doing great work: Split Tech City celebrated its tenth anniversary together with its members!

When I received the green light to organize the first event since I officially became part of the Split Tech City community, I carefully thought it over before proposing the idea to Romana, Antonio, and Toni. This team has been doing an excellent job for years, so only the best creative idea was considered.

We wanted our members to have a good time but also to highlight the outstanding work they’ve done over the years. This goes for the three of them as well as the rest of the community.

Since our members are equally passionate about sharing knowledge and good networking, we decided that the STC quiz could be the perfect way to celebrate ten years of hard work and effort.

A total of sixteen teams signed up! We dedicated at least one question to each team and their achievements. The remaining questions creatively highlighted the work of the association and our members over these ten years.

Impressive Knowledge and a Big Celebration

The knowledge displayed surprised even us, as some questions were far from easy. Special praise goes to the creative team names. We would like to officially congratulate the queens of urban references: the SeekandHit agency, who that evening were known as “Mislin da je to manje bitno.”

The girls, in addition to their positive energy, demonstrated impressive knowledge and won the third-place prize: four “Captain Bossman” e-books and a hardcover version. And this drink they’re holding. 😉

In second place (after a tight battle with the bronze winners) were “Šlagilo na kraju,” better known as Agilo. The team won the second prize, and thanks to the manager of the wonderful Pub Academic, where we celebrated the anniversary, the team will enjoy a one-day boat trip on the Junior this summer. Thanks, Bruno!

At the top, we have ASEE Solutions (ITS team), and the gold prize shines in the form of four festival tickets for this year’s Split Tech City festival. Well done, team! Official announcements for the festival are coming soon, and we know you’re keeping a close eye on it.

A big thank you to all the other teams who celebrated with us but haven’t been mentioned yet. We’re happy to hear that some new business friendships have been formed. Once again, it was shown how important live gatherings are, and we can’t wait to announce new events we’re preparing for you. Thanks to everyone who came – now we have a new tradition.
