We had the honor of visiting Re.Split while the space was still being renovated, and now, when it got its final look (and just started working), the only thing we can do is express our delight!

How did the opening of Re.Split right here in the very heart of the university campus come about?

“The opening of Re.Split at this precise location arose from the success and growth of our first company, formerly known as Tech Resources. As a software development and consulting agency, with a strong experience of more than 10 years of work with enterprise-level companies across the EU and the United States, we decided to start a new chapter by rebranding to Re.Split.

The rebranding came about thanks to the support of the County, which provided us with favorable investment funds through NPOO. As we began developing our first proprietary product, the team recognized an opportunity to additionally foster the community feeling by opening a state-of-the-art coworking space.

Along with providing business consulting and digital products and services, the vision was to create a holistic environment where professionals from different industries can collaborate, network, and find innovative solutions.

The decision to establish a coworking space was motivated both by the need for additional workspace and by the desire to expand the team. As a team of young developers, we strive to break away from the monotony and establish a modern workplace that provides comfort, flexibility, practicality, availability, and inspiration.

By building a state-of-the-art coworking space above the existing office, Re.Split not only met our need for expansion but also created an environment that encourages collaboration and productivity.

Moreover, by combining this coworking space with our expertise in software development and consulting, Re.Split could offer clients a full range of services and solutions. What were the biggest obstacles on the way to the official opening of Re.Split?

“The whole process was not without its challenges. The most significant obstacle encountered was the construction process. As a tech founder, I found myself in a new experience of managing construction work.

Unfortunately, as is often the case, the project faced delays, extending the timeline beyond initial expectations. However, with determination and adaptability, the Re.Split team successfully overcame these obstacles, ensuring the creation of an outstanding coworking space in the end.”
