From Sofia, through Korčula, to Split, Emanuela Milina‘s journey was anything but accidental. The founder and Product Architect of LemonsLemons.ai arrived in the Split tech community with an idea that had been brewing for years: attention is everywhere, but trust is rare, and no one was pricing it. We’re thrilled that Emanuela has found her place here and that she’s bringing a fresh perspective and a startup that’s changing the way we think about access and trust in the digital age.

I’m building LemonsLemons, a marketplace where people can buy and sell moments of trusted access. It started from a simple observation: attention is everywhere, but trust is rare — and no one was pricing it.
Small, but that’s an advantage. Less noise, more real conversations. If you actually build something interesting, people notice. Honestly, I’m mind-blown by how cool and responsive this community is. I love it.
I used to help brands look bigger than they are. Now I’m building something that makes them actually grow.
AI is now part of everything. But the real “technology” here is structuring something that never had a clear format before. That’s the challenge that drives me the most.
Without clarity in how you work, even the best technology won’t solve organisational problems.
No office. The internet is enough.
Very small by design. I’m more interested in leverage than headcount.
The story goes like this: Sofia – Korčula – Split, and it’s all about romance and falling in love, both with a person and a destination.
Split has the right mix of calm and ambition. I’m only starting to discover it, but so far it’s full of surprises. I’m so grateful to be able to live here.
Because building alone is overrated. And interesting people tend to find each other in places like this. My deepest respect to Toni and the entire team for creating this: being part of it feels amazing.
We spent a decade learning how to get attention. The next step will be about owning and monetising access. That’s what I’m building for.
Algorithms made everyone dependent. Now they’re making everyone invisible. If you can gather people who actually listen to you, that’s the only thing left worth owning.
