The SHIFT Conference is back for its seventh edition and we caught up with Ivan Burazin, the founder of Codeanywhere and SHIFT, to find out what we can expect in 2018.

Originally intended for startups, SHIFT has transformed into a web and mobile developer’s conference. This can be seen in the workshops that run throughout the two-day conference, with examples this year diving into topics such as AWS, CSS, and Azure.

Once again, SHIFT will boast an international line up of guest speakers and organisations, including Microsoft, Netflix, Google and Autodesk to name but a few. They’ll be sharing all the news from the industry, with an extra focus on finding work and being mobile in the industry. There’ll also be special presentations on the new voice assistance tools that Google will present and Blockchain technology.

SHIFT takes place in the impressive Croatian National Theatre, known locally as HNK. There’ll be sponsors to network with, exhibitors to visit, and food and drink to enjoy, to ensure attendees always have something to do in between sessions.

Tickets are available now, and if you’re coming from outside of Split, feel free to get in touch on best places to stay, eat and swim!
