Upon meeting Bartosz, we immediately felt that energy he exudes – bursting with creativity and ready to take initiative. Therefore, it is no wonder that his various business skills range from being a founder and a CEO to growth and management coaching, with hardware and IoT product development also in the mix.

As you can learn from the podcast interview we did with him, Bartosz has an interesting career and life story to tell. What is also evident from our little chat is the fact that, throughout his journey, the few things Bartosz is truly passionate about keep appearing in whatever he does: sharing knowledge, always improving, and coaching others to become better in what they do.

Life took him from Poland to Sweden and Norway and, in the end, landed him here in Split. When asked about the whys behind his move here together with his beloved Ewa, Bartosz highlighted the following:

“We did extensive research and Split ticked all the boxes!”

We could not argue with that! Aside from the reasons behind his move here, we also talked about his business journey and in particular his experience as a startup founder. This insight Bartosz has into the startup world is particularly interesting in terms of discussing our startup ecosystem here in Split.

Bartosz shared with us that the experience he gained from co-founding Zmorph taught him a lot and also made him aware of how much he likes to help other startup teams reach their goals. That is one of the reasons why Zmorph will always have a special place in his heart.

If you are curious about the business journey Bartosz went through and the insights he gained along the way, as well as his outlook on Split as a city for internationals and a growing tech hub, do not look for spoilers in this brief article – watch our podcast interview with him!

Researching is woven into my DNA, but I am a musician at heart. Interested in too many things and always curious. Forever in love with Split and enchanted by people who teach me new things. When I am not creating content about Split's tech community, you will find me in singing rehearsals, somewhere in nature, in the theater, or with my head stuck in a book. I do my best to live by the verse from the opera "Fedora" by Umberto Giordano: "Love forbids you not to love."
