Due to an unforeseen circumstance with our speakers’ work schedule, Tinel Meetup with Andrea Provaglio will be put on hold. But, don’t worry – we’ve already got a replacement coming in.
Do you have more things to do than time to do them? If so, you have to decide what to do and what not to do. Agility can help you in doing things that matter.
Everybody wants to be “agile”, but often people do not know what that really means. For an organization, agility is about aligning on goals, on the problems to be solved, and then collaborating on the solution. A leader does not simply tell people what to do but rather activates the intelligence in the organization to solve important problems.
Lately, people started to implement agility in their personal lives. That concept is called Personal Agility and you can apply it beyond the workplace.
Personal Agility helps people identify what matters most in their lives. It got the name because it is based on the same values, principles, and patterns as Scrum and Agile software development, but recognizes that organizing your life is a different challenge than creating products as a team. Personal Agility enables you to have more impact at work and more satisfaction in your life.
Before we even managed to turn our back, Tinel reached its 21st edition where we are hosting Peter Stevens – speaker, trainer, coach, and mentor. He is a Certified Scrum Trainer who has been inspiring companies and individuals to transform themselves to thrive in the 21st century.
** PLEASE NOTE ** Tinel will be taking place an hour earlier than usual, with Peter’s talk kicking-off at 18h on the 21st of February!
