Is there anything better than the most laid-back tech and entrepreneurship festival in the region being free this year? There is! We’re changing the location, giving both ourselves and you a chance to network the Dalmatian way, in a completely new setting.

For the sixth year in a row, we’re bringing together startup founders, developers, designers, marketing professionals, investors, and students, but this time at a new address — Žnjan Amphitheatre, September 4th. One day, focused, and the ticket’s on us.

This isn’t a discount or a promo deal: it’s a THANK YOU to everyone who has been building this story with us from day one. Ljetno kino Bačvice, our home for five years, is undergoing renovation, and we saw this location as the only replacement that could match the special spirit of our festival.

That’s why, despite the fact that event tickets cannot be charged for five years, we decided to hold the festival anyway, hoping that our event might show others the full potential of this newly renovated city venue.

Sometimes change comes right when you need it, and in line with the new location and the various shifts in the business world, CHANGE is the central theme of this year’s programme.

What awaits you

Alongside keynote speakers and panels from our community partners — leading experts in engineering, communications, and promising newcomers to the job market — this year we’re preparing something we haven’t done before: we’re giving away prizes provided by local entrepreneurs.

If you sign up and show up at the festival, you’ll have a chance to take home something more than just new knowledge and contacts.

After the talks, there’ll be a hangout with a DJ, also in the amphitheatre space, and networking is, as every year, what every Split Tech City Festival is remembered for.

As great as they are, our festival isn’t just about the talks — it’s about the conversations that follow, new friendships, and ideas that come to you “on the spot.”
