SheepAI Hackathon is moving to the coast and coming to Split this summer

The new edition, SheepAI Split (Summer 2026), will take place at the Technology Park Split on May 16, bringing together up to 200 participants – the largest number so far.

This is a unique event that gathers developers, as well as anyone interested in building applications using AI technologies. Over the past two years, SheepAI has brought together more than 220 participants and awarded over €50,000 in prizes, further establishing itself as one of the most exciting and fastest-growing AI events in the region.

This year’s edition also brings a record prize pool of €25,000, along with unique opportunities for international experience. Winning teams will receive subsidized participation in prestigious ABC bootcamps in Silicon Valley and Toronto – intensive programs that include expert lectures, hands-on work on developing their own business ideas, and visits to leading global tech companies such as Tesla, Google, NetApp, and Spotify. In addition, participants can win valuable tech prizes such as a Mac Mini M4.

The event is co-organized by Technology Park Split and the City of Split, and this year’s edition is the result of a joint initiative to host the hackathon in Split. Through this collaboration, the goal is to further strengthen the local and regional AI and tech community and encourage the long-term development of the innovation ecosystem. The event is also supported by partner companies Infobip, OTP banka d.d., Reeinvent, EasyLazy, Digitalna Dalmacija, and Serenity.

Prizes

The total prize pool amounts to €25,000.

1st place: €7,500 and a fully subsidized ABC Bootcamp in Silicon Valley or Toronto
2nd place: €4,500 and a partially subsidized ABC Bootcamp
3rd place: €3,000 and a partially subsidized ABC Bootcamp

Additionally, one lucky participant will win a Mac Mini M4.
