Brainstorming Party, co-organized by Digitalna Dalmacija, brings a format that blurs the line between networking and creation—and for some participants, it could be the first step toward a career in Silicon Valley.

Brainstorming Party is designed as a working meetup, not a traditional networking event.
The space is structured around real-world questions and problems. Participants choose a topic, develop an initial idea, and use it as a starting point for conversations with others. The goal is to meet people with whom there is real potential for collaboration.

There are no presentations or panels—the focus is entirely on ideas and direct communication between participants.

Collaboration between Digitalna Dalmacija, ReaktorX, and European Startup Embassy

The event is organized by Digitalna Dalmacija in collaboration with ReaktorX, an accelerator working with founders from Central and Eastern Europe, and the European Startup Embassy.

Through this program, around 15 young people from the region each year get the opportunity to spend a month in San Francisco, work on projects, and connect with the local startup ecosystem, with potential funding of up to $50,000. Selected Brainstorming Party participants may gain direct access to the ReaktorX network.

Speaker – Luca Stirbat

Luca Stirbat is the Executive Director of ReaktorX, one of the leading accelerators for early-stage founders in Central and Eastern Europe, and co-founder of the European Startup Embassy.

Over a decade of working with early-stage startups, he has helped hundreds of founders move from idea to their first investment.

Who should apply?

The event is intended for young people who already show initiative or have some level of experience, such as those who:

• participate or have achieved results in STEM competitions
• are working or have worked on their own projects (software, hardware, communities)
• are developing skills independently, outside of formal education
• have a portfolio, GitHub, or tangible work behind them
• are interested in solving real-world problems through projects

The Brainstorming Party will take place on April 16 at 6:00 PM at the Digitalna Dalmacija Tech Hub (Ruđera Boškovića 25).
