Caelum 1029 d.o.o. is a Split-based technology and development company specializing in the design and development of zero-emission luxury floating residences under the brand Oasis Meu. The project was launched in 2020 with the goal of creating an energy-autonomous and aesthetically refined living solution — a concept that introduces a new approach to inhabiting and utilizing space on water.
The idea originated from the experience of founder Maja Regjo, a naval architect who recognized the potential for developing a new generation of floating structures designed for long-term living and contemporary lifestyle needs. In collaboration with designer Viktor Perić, an original concept was developed that integrates engineering, sustainability, and modern luxury design. The first model, Oasis Meu Amor, launched in 2024, confirmed both the technical feasibility and the market interest in this innovative approach to waterfront living.
The project has been featured in international media, including Forbes, marking a significant global breakthrough. The Oasis Meu brand has been presented at leading international boat shows such as Dubai International Boat Show, Paris Nautic, boot Düsseldorf, and Expo Osaka. In 2026, it also participated in the Miami International Boat Show, with confirmed appearances at the Cannes Yachting Festival, Singapore Yacht Show, and Sydney International Boat Show.
The project is a recipient of a national innovation award, and its key technical solutions are further protected through two registered utility models.
The development is led by a Croatian team of experts in naval architecture, design, and energy systems, with production carried out entirely in Croatia.
