BHelp is a small advisory practice that works with leaders and teams at moments when organisational growth, pressure and change begin to create a lack of clarity in how people work together, but also preventively, helping organisations recognise and address such situations before they become real problems.

By profession, Branka is a business analyst and has spent years working on understanding complex organisational challenges and connecting strategy with the real day-to-day work of teams. BHelp grew directly from that experience.

BHelp works with founders, directors and team leaders when they start to feel that things which once worked well are becoming harder: decisions are postponed, responsibilities become unclear, and teams start looking for answers that leaders often do not have the time or space to think through calmly.

In such situations BHelp provides an external, independent perspective and often acts as a trusted sounding board for leaders. It’s a place where problems can be clearly named and turned into practical steps forward.

The work of BHelp sits at the intersection of leadership, organisational clarity and change delivery, with a strong belief that no strategy, technology or transformation can succeed without trust between leaders and their teams.

Through the concept of HAS – Help as a Service, organisations can access ongoing advisory support whenever they need a clear and experienced perspective.

While BHelp works with international clients through an existing professional network, an important focus is also supporting companies and leaders in Split and the wider region, alongside active involvement in the local technology and entrepreneurial community.
