Members of the Split Tech City community are numerous smaller and larger tech companies from Split, as well as international corporations with branches in our city. Additionally, our members include companies that use technology in their operations, such as digital and marketing agencies.

We are pleased that Unlock IT has joined us, introduced by its founder and a popular name on LinkedIn, Dominik Metličić.

If you had to describe what Unlock IT does in one sentence, what would you say?

We do email marketing, but without spamming. 🙂

We build email marketing funnels for clients who mostly sell info products, but we also work with e-commerce brands. In short, building and monetizing email lists is our core business.

Which tools do you use most often in your work?

The tools we use are: ActiveCampaign, Klaviyo, ConvertKit, MailChimp, MailerLite, HubSpot, Brevo, Constant Contact, Figma…

Why did you join the Split Tech City community?

I joined because I feel that I belong to the community of digital entrepreneurs in my hometown, and because Split Tech City represents the values and things that I stand for myself. These are growth, networking, helping, giving, educating…

Are you currently hiring?

We are not currently hiring, expansion will come naturally. When it happens, we will post job ads through the Split Tech City portal. Right now, we are three full-time contractors and practically partners, and I’m pleased with this setup.

A colleague from Sarajevo, who works remotely, is seriously considering moving to Split, and we’re especially happy about that. It’s great to see that even someone who’s not from Split sees the growing potential for work and life in our city.

Can you list some past projects and collaborations that you are most proud of?

Clients we are particularly proud of and with whom we have achieved great results include: Excel Grasic, Sam Browne, Bojan Radojičić, Masterbox, Beobašta, Crux Pure, Josh Lowman…

Soon, we will start collaborating with our biggest client to date, but let’s keep that name a secret for now. Once everything is finalized, Split Tech City will be the first to know.
