Can you introduce SWING Consulting in your own words?

SWING Consulting has been developing and implementing business software solutions for small and medium-sized organizations since as far back as 1992.

After more than 30 years, we can confidently say that we are experts in our field, both in consulting and in development.

We take special pride in our support team, which uses its extensive experience to assist more than a thousand users in their daily operations.

Which projects or solutions are you most proud of?

Our team of 13 maintains and improves a number of business software solutions.

One of our main products is SWING ERP, a comprehensive enterprise resource planning system covering finance, HR and payroll, warehouse, procurement, sales, and more.

For smaller businesses, we offer SWING Q, an application for digital financial operations that includes invoice exchange, invoicing (B2C and B2B), approval and verification processes, integration with fiscal systems, and an electronic archive.

What technologies do you use in your work?

Our development stack includes Laravel on the backend and Angular on the frontend, with PostgreSQL as the relational database.

We also use Redis for caching, Mistral/Azure for AI and OCR capabilities, Camunda for business process management, and everything is containerized in the cloud.

Are you currently hiring?

At the moment, the team is looking for experienced professionals.

We are particularly interested in candidates who understand the challenges that SWING Q solves, as well as the implications of fiscalization changes.
