For the fifth year in a row, we are at the Bačvice Open-Air Cinema — September 5 and 6. Two days of knowledge, open discussions, and networking that bring the entire community together.

We listened to you well — and went the extra mile. We are bringing in new speakers who tackle life and business topics close to all of us. And besides the program, we have prepared a goodie bag and a few pleasant surprises for all attendees.

The full schedule is out, and you can find all the details about the presentations on the festival’s landing page, and you can get one-day or two-day tickets on the official Entrio site.

Friday

The festival opens with a pre-program — three discussions that lift the energy and warm up the audience:

  • Jelena Jelušić, Goran Pugar, Antonio Krističević, and Ivo Krka: “IC, EM & AI: Who survives will prompt?” — a conversation on how to navigate the era of artificial intelligence and prompt engineering.
  • Izet Ždralović and Michael Freer: “Lessons from Photomath and Micro-blink” — what investors recognize as red flags in startups.
  • Nebojša Grbačić, Bruno Oršanić, and Dunja Ivana Ballon (IAB Croatia): “Who sells better — AI or a copywriter?” — creativity versus algorithms.

After the official opening, the main evening follows:

  • Panel “The Future of Work and Education: Stay in Tech or Herd Sheep?” with Monika Mikac, Jelena Jelušić, Duje Senta, Izet Ždralović, and Pinija Poljaković — about the future of work, schooling, and AI.
  • Toni Vitali – “Škrti Otočanin: 25 financial lessons you must know by 25.”
  • Irena Orlović and Pinija Poljaković: “It’s Not About Cramming (School 3.0)” — about the challenges and opportunities for the next generation of students.
  • Nemanja Živković: “Let Them Eat Logo: What are you serving through personal branding?” — about how your personal brand communicates your values and identity.

The day closes with networking accompanied by DJ Brutti Nonni, a tricky playlist—get your dancing shoes ready.

Saturday
  • DUMP: panel “Is that diploma worth anything?” — an open discussion about the value of formal education, with the audience handing down the final verdict.
  • Kristian Kamber, Stjepan Zelić, and Lea Sorić: “Global yet ours” — how two Croats successfully scaled AI startups globally.
  • Marsel Čuljak: “Ice, Ice, Business: From a high school idea to global success” — an example of how global business can be built from Split.
  • Dominik Metličić: “From Uber’s steering wheel to business in fifth gear” — a personal story of business transformation.
  • Jasmin Alić: “From Likes to Leads, or How to Master the Inbound Game” — the world’s #1 LinkedIn expert reveals how to turn social into real business opportunities.

After the talks, we continue socializing with DJ Pepi Jogarde and the official afterparty in Versi bar with the Vanillaz crew.

For members of the community, we also have a discount code for tickets; reach out to us, and we’ll send it to you.

What makes the festival special isn’t just the talks but also the conversations afterward, the new acquaintances, and the ideas that “happen on the spot.”

So—come to Bačvice, be part of the community, meet new people, greet some happy familiar faces, learn something new, get inspired, and hang out. That’s the essence of the Split Tech City Festival.

See you on September 5 and 6!
