We’re looking for an experienced individual who’s ready to use their knowledge to develop digital marketing strategies for clients from various industries. You will have a chance to collaborate with some of our awesome clients such as Podravka, Valamar Hotels and Resorts, Voyo (RTL), Lancome, Kiehl’s, Mömax and many more.
As part of our marketing team, you will be preparing, analyzing and optimizing digital campaigns.
Preparing strategies, setting up and managing projects, and ensuring that KPIs are met.
Tailor advertising plans according to clients’ goals.
Plan, prepare, analyze and optimize digital campaigns on Google, Meta, Microsoft, LinkedIn etc.
Recognize potential opportunities using available data and collaborate on next steps.
You help explain technical and strategic aspects to both clients and team members.
Work in a young team of marketing professionals.
Hold both internal and external presentations and educations.
Attend marketing conferences and occasionally travel to clients headquarters.
Love data-driven digital marketing and working in a team.
Be ready to work in an agile environment.
Have some knowledge of social media and search engines.
Have the willingness to analyze results and provide creative solutions.
You foster collaboration and support the growth of junior team members
Have good organizational skills (with the capacity to prioritize and work across multiple projects).
Agency experience or as a part of the marketing department
Have some experience with Google Ads, Meta Ads, Microsoft and Google Analytics.
Have spreadsheet skills.
Have experience with other advertising platforms (Microsoft, LinkedIn, X, Seznam, Amazon…).
