The local Sylius community has always been proactive when it comes to running events, networking, adding new ideas and contributing to the official documentation. So, one year after our last “Symfony ♥ Sylius Meetup” in Split, it’s time for some more action.

This time around, the event is tailored towards all Open Source enthusiasts who would love to hear more about this exceptional eCommerce framework.

Many things have happened since we last met and we still haven’t gotten the chance to discuss the official stable release, the Sylius partnership program, and much more. Make sure you clear your calendar on May, the 23rd and book your place at the upcoming Sylius Meetup.

The event is taking place at Locastic HQ in Split, Croatia and we’ve actually got two treats prepared. Sylius Meetup will kick-off with a talk from Netgen’s Ivo Lukač about GDPR regulation and how it will affect eCommerce business in general.

His talk is followed by the next guest appearance in the shape of Sylius’ core-developer – Łukasz Chruściel, who will be talking about Command Patterns and handling issues on all platforms, not just Sylius.
