A new element of SplitBiz alongside Project AYEN is a new meetup for business angels, potential business angels and those looking for angel investment. Join us for our first one to find out exactly what a business angel is. RVSP required.

Vanja Peric and Steve Balaban from startup Wealth Management Canada host an interactive meetup to look at what’s needed to become a business angel. They’ll share their own experiences of investment and mentorship, and get you thinking about whether it’s something that suits you. After this brief presentation, we’ll hang around for networking to get to know each other, ready for our next BAM.

Due to the international nature of the meetup, it will be in both English and Croatian.

The meetup will be hosted at one of Split’s newest and coolest venues – Black Dog, opened in November by a young entrepreneur, where you can quench your thirst with a range of local craft beers chilled to perfection. In fact the first 15 beers will be free, so get there quickly!

Oni će podijeliti svoja iskustva u investiranju i mentoriranju mladih poduzetnika te vas potaknuti da razmislite odgovaraju li te aktivnosti vašim interesima. Nakon navedene prezentacije, održat ćemo neformalno druženje s ciljem boljeg upoznavanja i umrežavanja te planiranja sljedećeg meetupa poslovnih anđela.

Meetup će biti održana na hrvatskom i engleskom jeziku.
