The Development Agency Split – RaST, as part of the Entrepreneurial Center RaST+, is organizing free workshops for micro, small, and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) from March to June 2025.
The workshops are designed to strengthen entrepreneurial capacities and cover a wide range of topics: from business fundamentals and business plan creation, financial and risk management, communication skills, internationalization of business, to EU funds for beginners and public procurement. Each participant attending a workshop will receive a certificate of participation in the training.
The following three workshops will be held next week, covering the following topics:
– March 12, 2025, 4-8 PM: How to run a business with lump-sum taxation?
Goal: Understanding the regulatory framework for operating a business with lump-sum taxation
Lecturer: Kristina Zekić
– March 13, 2025, 8 AM – 2 PM: Budgeting for Beginners
Goal: Introduction to the fundamental concepts of budgeting and its role in business planning
Lecturer: Alen Halilović
– March 14, 2025, 8 AM – 2 PM: How to create a business plan
Goal: Understanding the importance of planning when starting an entrepreneurial venture
Lecturer: Alen Halilović
The workshops are suitable for individuals without prior entrepreneurial experience, as well as those considering starting their own business. At the same time, experienced entrepreneurs who want to expand their knowledge and improve their skills in specific areas of business are also welcome to apply.
The workshops will be held at the Technology Park Split.
Before applying, it is important to know: – Registered participants who are unable to attend are required to cancel their participation no later than three days before the scheduled date in order to free up space for other participants.
– If registered participants do not notify the organizers of their absence and have registered for multiple workshops, it will be assumed that they have withdrawn from all the scheduled workshops.
