The Split Development Agency – RaST, as part of the RaST+ Entrepreneurial Center, is organizing free workshops for micro, small, and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) from March to June 2025.

The workshops are designed to strengthen entrepreneurial capacities and cover a wide range of topics: from business basics and business plan development, financial and risk management, communication skills, and business internationalization to EU funds for beginners and public procurement. Each participant receives a certificate of attendance.

The next workshop is scheduled for:
– May 13, 2025, Career and Mental Hygiene

Objective: Raising awareness of the importance of mental health in the business environment
Lecturer: Radoslav Barišić

The workshops are suitable for people without prior entrepreneurial experience as well as those considering starting their own business. At the same time, experienced entrepreneurs who want to expand their knowledge and improve their skills in specific business areas are also welcome. The workshops will be held at the Split Technology Park.

Important to know before registering:
– Registered participants who are unable to attend must cancel their participation no later than three days before the scheduled date in order to free up the spot for others
– If registered participants fail to notify the organizers of their absence and have registered for multiple workshops, it will be considered that they have withdrawn from all scheduled sessions

Registrations for April and May workshops are currently open, while registrations for June will be available at the beginning of May.

The workshops are organized as part of the activities of the RaST+ Entrepreneurial Center.
The activities are a continuation of the project “RaSTom do razvoja poduzetništva” co-financed by the European Union through the European Regional Development Fund.
