For the Mobile Monday #45 we will be talking about containers.

We’ll have Marko Miljak (FESB, Ericsson) guide us through first steps int the world of Docker containers.

Marko will explain what Docker virtualization is, how to setup it and how to use it.

More detailed, he’ll be talking about:
– Getting familiar with Docker and the way it tackles the virtualization problem.
– Setting up your first container and getting comfortable using it.
– How using Docker can help with the virtualization problems you didn’t knew you had using operating-system-level virtualization.
– Why it is useful and everything that can go wrong.
– Introduction to docker and its implementation on Linux and Windows.
– Learning how to set up a container and commands needed to utilize it.
