The last ProductTank round-up for this year brings the charismatic Mihovil Mađer, a program manager from another successful Croatian product company – Infobip.

In the past few years, Infobip went from 0 to about 40 product managers and went through several product development process iterations. Infobip since its founding 12 years ago grew to 1,400 employees, of which 300 people work in Engineering and Product Management to develop products that are used by about 200,000 enterprise accounts who engage 5 billion people worldwide.

*** Mihovil Mađer, employed at Infobip about seven years ago in Customer Support as a Support Team Member, he first acquired hands-on experience in supporting a global client base and building Enterprise Support and Presales teams before taking on the challenge of being a member of the Product Management team in Infobip. He is currently implementing Product Management practices across Infrastructure teams and driving strategic technical initiatives with a dedicated Architects Team.
