The final countdown is on!! The first CYAN – Festival of Visual Culture will be held in the Dom mladih Amphitheater in Split on November 24 and 25 and will bring some of the well-known names of the European design scene!

We sure hope you did! Especially if you’re interested in design and visual culture because the CYAN Festival has been ideated and created to promote visual culture and its creators around the world right here in the Mediterranean city of Split.

The organizer of CYAN is the Design Hub Split Association – the team that’s in charge of connecting and bringing together a community of designers and experts in visual communication.

Through various activities the Design Hub Split organizes, they try to empower the design community through various lectures, workshops, exhibitions, and other types of events.

Therefore, this festival is a step forward for them, because, for the first time, they are bringing foreign lecturers to Split and are a step closer to realizing their dream of trying to build and expand the local community of professionals and experts in the field of design even across the borders of Split, Dalmatia, Croatia, and the region.

The lecturers at the first edition of the CYAN Festival are experts from various professions – architects, animators, graphic designers, photographers, typographers, sociologists, etc.

All of this promises a very interesting program which you can study in depth by checking out the CYAN Festival website, but let’s just say that the Design Hub Split team aimed high with expectations and managed to land among the stars! (Not that we had any doubts about it!)
