We are Neutroni — a community of young people who want more: more knowledge, more opportunities, and more purpose. We bring together university students, high school students, and elementary school students who support each other in both professional and personal development.

Our goal is to connect young people with mentors and companies, creating an environment where they can work on real-world challenges, gain practical experience, and develop skills that formal education often doesn’t fully provide. We place a strong focus on technology, personal growth, and healthy habits.

We are proud of the projects and collaborations behind us, especially the Aj+Ti Conference for Youth, which we organize independently. We have also taken part in organizing and volunteering at major tech events, and our members are increasingly stepping into the role of speakers and contributors.

Through local and international projects, Erasmus exchanges, initiatives such as the Priša healthy habits marathon, and the Volonter.hr platform, we encourage active participation, social responsibility, and a proactive mindset among young people.

Our long-term focus is on building a strong community of young individuals who are eager to learn, share knowledge, and grow together — with the support of mentors, industry partners, and the wider tech ecosystem.
