Klub mladih Split (KMS) is a youth NGO based in Split, Croatia. Founded in 2012 by a group of ex leaders of local student organizations, it became one of most active youth organizations in Split. With almost 200 members participating in various youth focused activities, it drives the change in mind-set and activity of youth in Split and the region. The key themes we are interested in are youth empowerment, youth employment and social inclusion.

Our vision is „Split as a place with best social, professional and business opportunities for youth.“ Our mission is „to create and guarantee the most excellent opportunities for personal, social and professional development of young people.“

 

We want to be the most salient patron of young people rights’ in society, the youth gathering center, the source of ideas and action among young people, the model in democracy, independence, stability and consistency, the best platform and tool for personal, social and professional activism and youth development, the bridge between different cultures, subcultures and youth groups, and a stimulating environment for the development of young people’s potential.
