We are pleased to introduce a new member of the community – Caelum 1029 d.o.o., the company behind the Oasis Meu brand and its project of zero-emission floating residences.
Oasis Meu Amor is a Croatian project that brings a new vision of life on the water — sustainable, energy-autonomous, and harmonized with the natural environment. Combining traditional shipbuilding, contemporary design, and advanced energy systems, the project opens space for a new generation of luxury waterfront living and confirms the potential of Croatian expertise in developing sustainable innovations.
Our interlocutor is Nikolina Vuković, the Chief Operating Officer of Caelum 1029 d.o.o., who shared insights about the project, the technologies they use, and their plans for future growth.

Caelum 1029 d.o.o. is a Split-based company that develops and commercially manages luxury zero-emission floating residences under the Oasis Meu brand. The project was launched in 2020 with the aim of creating a new generation of floating structures intended for long-term living that integrate energy autonomy, contemporary design, and a sustainable approach to space usage.
The idea was developed by project founder Maja Regjo, a naval architect who recognized the need for a different approach to designing floating objects adapted for living. From the very beginning, the development of the concept has been in collaboration with designer Viktor Perić, whose distinctive approach to space and materials gives the project its recognizable identity.
The first model, Oasis Meu Amor, was launched in 2024 and now serves as a confirmation of the technical, market, and sustainable viability of the concept.

Today, the project is being developed as a platform for a new generation of autonomous floating residences with a focus on the international market and sustainable living solutions on the water.
Oasis Meu integrates three key systems into one certified vessel: biological wastewater treatment, solar energy autonomy, and an electric propulsion system with zero emissions.
More than 80% of daily energy needs are covered by solar power, and the system completely eliminates wastewater discharge into the sea.
The project uses modular GRP construction, digital control via a mobile app, and its own software solutions for system supervision and management.
Our office is located in Technological Park Split, where we work daily in an environment that fosters collaboration and idea exchange. We particularly value the community atmosphere and the opportunity to connect with people on similar development paths.
The team currently brings together a small, focused group of experts in shipbuilding, design, energy, and operational management.

We are currently in the process of expanding the team, primarily in the segments of product development and international sales, in line with the further growth of the project and increasing interest in the international market.
We believe it is important to be part of an environment where people support and recognize each other and develop projects and ideas together. We believe that such a community creates space for experience sharing, collaboration, and shared growth.
It is important for us to show that complex and technologically demanding projects can be developed and produced in Croatia. Oasis Meu is created locally with domestic knowledge and manufacturing, and it is already finding its place in the international market.
In the long term, our most important goal is for the project to continue to develop thoughtfully and sustainably, focusing on quality and real value in the spaces where it is used.
