We provide software product commercialization, web and mobile development, AI/ML/IOT, Cybersecurity, and cloud infrastructure services to customers worldwide.

Our newest office was opened in the Kastela Croatia in 2022. We are looking for top talent to join our company as we grow.

This is a fantastic opportunity to join our existing small team at the birth of our Croatia office as we grow towards one of the top IT companies in Croatia.

Location: Kastela (Split) area.

About the product being supported
Remote access product used by large companies and MSPs (managed service providers). Provides secure remote access to enterprise Windows desktops and Windows servers setup within Windows Active Directory environments. Often used in replacement of insecure VPN systems.

What do we expect from you?

— Experience troubleshooting Windows desktop, laptops, and servers;
— Basic understanding of computer networking, Windows Active Directory, DNS, etc;
— Familiarity with live chat support with tools such as intercom or similar;
— Excellent English verbal and written communication;
— Ability to isolate and diagnose issues to understand root causes;
— Handle sensitive information with confidentiality;
— Document and keep updated troubleshooting steps and FAQs;
— Support users via zoom remote support screen sharing calls;
— Experience troubleshooting Mac laptops a plus but not required;
— At least 6 months of experience customer support preferred but not required;
— At least 6 months of professional experience required (or completion of a technical training program in computer networking, Windows Active Directory, DNS);
— For this role you must be available during US Eastern Business Hours (9am-5pm).

Desired but not required experience:

— Microsoft Intune and MDM;
— Experience in security and compliance environments.

— At least strong intermediate English verbal and written communication skills;
— Excellent attention to detail;
— Patience in helping people troubleshoot issues;
— Excellent work ethic and responsive attitude;
— Self-motivated, organized, and methodical and desire to learn and grow;
— Excellent professional and personal references and ability to clear a background check.
