Office Manager (m/ž)


Locastic is hiring a new colleague to help improve agency procedures, day-to-day organizational tasks, and ensure the smooth running of our office.

This is what you’ll do:
  • Maintain the office and arrange potential repairs and upgrades,
  • order office supplies from vendors, including cleaning, catering, and security,
  • take over the tasks related to accounting, payroll, and financial statements in coordination with our tax advisory partners,
  • organize and attend meetings and appointments,
  • create and distribute reports and invoices with the PM team and ensure they are sent and paid on time,
  • plan, book, and coordinate business trips and conferences,
  • implement and maintain procedures/office administrative systems,
  • assist the HR team with the onboarding process, keeping employee records up to date, organizing interviews, paying out bonuses, etc.,
  • provide support for clients, partners, and vendors,
  • ensure that the office/job safety is on an adequate level,
  • deal with questions and complaints.
Skills you should posses:
  • organizational skills – time management skills and ability to multi-task and prioritize work,
  • excellent written and verbal communication skills,
  • problem-solving and tech-savviness,
  • neverending proactivity in taking initiatives,
  • proficiency in MS Office and/or Google Drive suite.
