Locastic is hiring a new colleague to help improve agency procedures, day-to-day organizational tasks, and ensure the smooth running of our office.
This is what you’ll do:
- Maintain the office and arrange potential repairs and upgrades,
- order office supplies from vendors, including cleaning, catering, and security,
- take over the tasks related to accounting, payroll, and financial statements in coordination with our tax advisory partners,
- organize and attend meetings and appointments,
- create and distribute reports and invoices with the PM team and ensure they are sent and paid on time,
- plan, book, and coordinate business trips and conferences,
- implement and maintain procedures/office administrative systems,
- assist the HR team with the onboarding process, keeping employee records up to date, organizing interviews, paying out bonuses, etc.,
- provide support for clients, partners, and vendors,
- ensure that the office/job safety is on an adequate level,
- deal with questions and complaints.
Skills you should posses:
- organizational skills – time management skills and ability to multi-task and prioritize work,
- excellent written and verbal communication skills,
- problem-solving and tech-savviness,
- neverending proactivity in taking initiatives,
- proficiency in MS Office and/or Google Drive suite.
