Shard Labs HR team is welcoming a new colleague! We are searching for a Recruiter who will be working on sourcing the best IT talents for our company.

Our core specializations are protocol development (bridges between chains, client forks, and upgrades), dapp development (multichain), and running blockchain infrastructure in production-grade environments. Automatisation and continuous software delivery are part of our software development lifecycle.

What you should have to qualify for the role:
  • Excellent English language knowledge.
  • 1-3 years of experience in recruitment.
  • Positive, team-oriented attitude.
  • Desire to work in the IT industry, fast-growing environment, and communicate with developers from around the world daily.
  • Ability to work independently.
  • Good communication skills.
What you will be doing:
  • Scout for new talent using a variety of methods to source candidates that meet the target profile, research and recommend new sources and channels of recruitment (including social and professional networks).
  • Posting job openings on various job sites.
  • Screening candidates at the initial stages.
  • Scheduling interviews.
  • Review resumes and credentials for appropriateness of skills and experience related to position requirements.
  • Evaluate factors such as experience, skills, fit within the company.
  • Conduct preliminary interviews.
  • Strategize with team members about job requirements, job descriptions, postings, and recruitment plan.
  • Create a great candidate experience.
