We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Fullstack Senior Developer to join our dynamic team.

As a key member of our development team, you will play a crucial role in architecting and implementing innovative solutions for our projects.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of senior-level experience, strong technical expertise, and exceptional communication and leadership skills.

Requirements

Programming Language:

• Proficient with relevant web development languages and technologies

Web Development:

• Strong knowledge of front-end and back-end technologies
• Familiarity with modern JS web frameworks (Vue/Nuxt, React/Next, NestJS/Express)

Database Management:

• Expertise in working with databases (PostgreSQL, Mongo, Dynamo, Redis)
• Ability to design, implement, and optimize database schemas.

DevOps and Tools:

• Familiarity with containerization and orchestration tools (Docker, Kubernetes).
• Continuous integration and deployment (CI/CD) experience.

Cloud Computing:

• Proficient in cloud platforms such as AWS or GCP.
• Experience deploying and managing applications in the cloud

Software Architecture:

• Ability to design scalable and maintainable software architectures.
• Understanding of microservices architecture

Optional:

• Firebase, real time communication protocols (P2P, WS)

Experience

Senior Level Experience:

• Proven track record as a senior software developer.
• Previous experience in leading and mentoring development teams.

Project Leading:

• Experience in ability to lead projects from conception to delivery.
• Soft skills (excellent written and verbal communication skills, willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies and methodologies and excellent attention to detail with proactive problem-solving attitude)

Problem Solving:

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Experience in troubleshooting and debugging complex systems.

Education:

• Formal degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a similar field.

Certifications:

• Relevant certifications in software development and related technologies are a plus
