Support our community– Plan, execute and optimize all paid marketing campaigns including: SEM, social media, video and display advertising.
– Measure and report performance of all digital marketing campaigns, and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs).
– Consistently work on new channels, creatives, and other ideas for experimentation, optimization, and acquisition growth.
– Utilize strong analytical ability to evaluate end-to-end customer touch points and customer experiences across multiple channels.
– Increase brand awareness through planning and execution of email marketing campaigns.
– Analyze and report on email performance by using industry best practices to draw insights for optimization.
– Focus on the growth of the number of users attracted through the email marketing channels.
– Strong analytical skills and data-driven thinking, ability to crunch numbers and drive actionable insights in a metrics-based environment.
– Experience in setting up and regularly optimizing Google Adwords campaigns.
– Good knowledge of Excel – an advantage.
– Self-learner with a growth mindset. Revenue is your north star metric; you focus on driving new experiments and optimizing current ones in order to maintain fast growth.
– Fluent verbal and written English.
– Solid knowledge of website analytics tools (Hotjar, Google Analytics, and Tag Manager) – an advantage.
– Basic knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript development and constraints – an advantage.
– BSc/BA in Business, Economics, Finance, Mathematics, Statistics or other – an advantage.
– Knowledge of Email marketing tools – an advantage.
