Customer Support Manager (m/ž)

Great customer service is the key to creating positive brand experiences for customers and leads to the company’s growth and sustainability. We are looking for an experienced Customer support manager to provide and ensure our customers receive outstanding support and assistance with the technical aspects of products or services.

What will be your tasks and responsibilities?
  • Providing education and support to customers and partners in the use of the Solos management platform and product installation.
  • Daily communication with customers and partners regarding the installation, use, and repair of our products.
  • Organization of steps for product repair, which may include preparation of an offer, cooperation with the Production Department in the production of the required part, organization of delivery and service technicians all around the world.
  • Signing service agreements with new service partners and building a global service network.
  • Regular monitoring of the functionality of existing products.
  • Creating and updating manuals including video instructions.
  • Preparation of monthly reports on the condition of all products.
  • Occasional IT support within the company.
What we expect from you?
  • 3 years of experience in technical support of telecommunication services or other technological products.
  • Formal education in the field of informatics or related fields.
  • Excellent analytical skills.
  • Fluent verbal & written communication in English.
What will be considered as an advantage?
  • Knowledge of network protocols and technologies.
  • Knowledge of Linux systems.
